Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns on mattresses. For accessories, you may return any unused and unopened items within 7 days. Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. A credit will be issued, less the original shipping cost.  Please email nsbedding@gmail.com for a return authorization number. All sales are subject to review, and may be voided by North Shore Bedding. Using any discount code on unauthorized merchandise will result in immediate cancellation.
