North Shore Bedding is locally owned and operated. Supporting your
locally owned retailers improves the local economy. Brett, the owner,
has been working in the business since the age of 15. What started out
as a small mattress store in Highwood, IL has grown into the most
respected sleep shop in the North Shore! Since 1983, our goal has been
to provide the Chicago area with the widest selection of the best
quality sleep systems at the absolute lowest prices. Our low overhead
and supreme buying power enable us to beat the chain stores and
department stores. We now take this concept a step further, by offering
an assortment of all natural, organic mattresses and accessories. With
the growing concern about chemicals in the products on the market, we
offer a safe alternative.
We offer a full selection of All Natural and Organic Latex
Mattresses. We carry mattresses from Savvy Rest and Natura.
Availability of specific models does vary over time, but we always have a
great selection in our showroom to choose from! We also have a great
selection of All Natural Pillows, Mattress Pads, and Comforters by
Natura. We try to always keep mattresses in stock for quick delivery. Since there are not many retailers offering these products in the
Midwest, we will personally deliver for free within a 200 mile radius.
That includes the Chicago and Milwaukee metro areas. Otherwise, we can
ship to you third party with full service delivery most anywhere in the
continental USA. We also offer the greatest selection of Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses at the
absolute lowest prices. We believe they are the only national mattress
company making a mattress that meets our quality standards. We also
offer Englander who we believe makes the best mattress value in the
industry. Since we are independent, we are free to choose which
mattress lines to offer. Many chain stores are tied to a specific
brand, and have no choice but to stick with it through good and bad!
